Birsa Seva Sansthan, a registered non-profit organisation established in 1991, when a group of passionate and like-minded individuals individuals came together with a shared dream— to build a just, equal, and compassionate society.
Moved by the hardships faced by marginalized communities, they created a platform to raise voices against exploitation, promote collective action, and support those most in need. Their mission was clear: to stand with the unheard, empower the underserved, and work toward sustainable and inclusive development .
From its early days, the organization focused on:
Reaching out to people in need of care and support
Promoting life skills and livelihood opportunities
Advocating for human rights and social justice
Encouraging unity, empowerment, and self-reliance
What began as a small initiative has today evolved into a committed movement for community transformation and empowerment—touching thousands of lives across Jharkhand and beyond.
